Aquajet Robotics

Aqua Prep’s fleet of Aquajet equipment comprises advanced hydro-demolition robots designed for industrial cleaning, surface preparation, and concrete repair. These machines offer a safer alternative to manual labour, keeping workers out of harm’s way during hazardous operations.

The fleet includes three notable models: the Aqua Cutter 410A, the Ergo Go, and the Aqua Cutter 710. Each robot is designed for specific applications, ranging from confined spaces to vertical and overhead operations. They all feature unique 3D positioning systems that allow for efficient and precise work.

The Aqua Cutter 410A is a compact model weighing 1,190 kg, specifically designed for tight areas and confined spaces. With a total length of 2.1 m, it can operate at heights up to 4 metres without support, making it ideal for replacing hand lance work in narrow passages.

The Ergo Go is an even more compact unit, offering four times the power of a hand lance. It has a working width of up to 2 metres and can operate with a minimum clearance height of 0.25 to 1 metre, providing versatility in various settings.

The Aqua Cutter 710 is the largest and most powerful in the fleet, weighing 2,350 kg and capable of operating at heights up to 7 metres without support. It features a hydraulically powered steel mast and can be equipped with either a diesel engine or an optional hybrid drive with an electric motor.

The image showcases one of Aqua Prep’s hydro-demolition robots performing scabbling operations in the water industry using an Aqua Spine system. The machine is operating in a confined space, demonstrating its ability to work in challenging environments. It features an extended arm with a nozzle directing a high-pressure water stream at the surface, creating a misty environment due to the water spray. The robot is track-mounted for stability and manoeuvrability, with various hoses and cables attached for power and water supply.

Aqua Prep’s fleet of Aquajet equipment represents cutting-edge technology in industrial cleaning and concrete repair, offering improved safety, efficiency, and precision compared to traditional methods. These machines are particularly valuable in the water industry for tasks such as tank maintenance.
