UHP Pumps

Ultra High-Pressure Pump Fleet

The current fleet comprises 10 high-pressure pumps, all diesel-powered, with continuous expansion to meet growing operational demands. These industrial-grade pumps are renowned for their high-pressure capabilities, operating at standard pressures up to 500 bar, with some specialised models reaching ultra-high pressures of up to 3,800 bar. The pumps offer flow rates of up to 250 l/m, providing a robust capacity for various industrial applications.

Powered exclusively by diesel engines, these pumps feature ceramic plungers for durability and high-performance valve systems for efficient operation. Safety is a priority, with built-in safety valves and pressure relief systems. Advanced control systems allow for precise monitoring and adjustment of performance, with some models offering remote control options for operation in hazardous environments.

Maintenance is streamlined with easily accessible components and long service intervals, minimising downtime. The pumps are designed for energy efficiency, optimising fuel consumption relative to output. These features make them suitable for a wide range of applications, including surface preparation, hydro-demolition, pipe and tank cleaning, concrete removal, and offshore operations.

As the fleet expands, it’s likely to incorporate additional diesel-powered units or new models to meet evolving operational requirements and maintain high performance standards across various industrial applications. The use of diesel engines provides flexibility in deployment, particularly in remote locations or areas where electrical power may be limited or unavailable.
